Legal
Terms
Last updated: 6 September 2026
These terms set out the basis on which Dream Job Move (“we”, “us”) provides its managed career-move service to you. Dream Job Move is the trading name of [full legal name or company name, company number if applicable, and business address]. You can contact us at hello@dreamjobmove.com.
Submitting an enquiry through dreamjobmove.com does not create a membership. Your membership begins on the start date stated in the written confirmation we send after you choose a plan and arrange payment. You must be at least 18 and purchasing the service mainly for purposes outside your trade or profession.
The service
Dream Job Move sources and screens opportunities, prepares tailored applications, manages your application pipeline, reaches out to recruiters and hiring managers, and supports interview preparation. Both plans include a one-hour onboarding and CV review, a profile and target-role report in your first week, and a 30-minute weekly progress and strategy call.
Pro also includes personalised interview coaching, mock interviews, post-interview debriefs, higher-touch support and offer negotiation. The current plan comparison forms part of the service description we confirm before your membership starts. The number of suitable roles and applications varies with your agreed targets and market conditions; we do not promise a minimum application volume.
We act on your instructions. We submit an application or contact someone in your name only when you have authorised us and the relevant employer or platform permits it. You remain responsible for checking that application information is accurate. Hiring decisions are made by employers, so except for the 60-Day Interview Guarantee below, we cannot promise a particular outcome, role or salary.
Membership, price and renewal
Membership is billed monthly in advance. Early Bird pricing is currently £349per month for Plus and £649 per month for Pro. The exact plan, price, payment method, first payment date and monthly renewal date will be shown in your written confirmation before you join. Payments are made by recurring card payment through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. The minimum paid commitment is one month, subject to your statutory cooling-off rights below.
Your membership renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal by emailing hello@dreamjobmove.com. A simple, clear request to cancel is enough, and we will confirm it by email. There is no cancellation fee. If we propose to increase your price, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and the increase will not take effect before your next renewal after that notice. You may cancel before it takes effect.
Your 14-day cooling-off right
Where consumer cancellation law applies, you may cancel without giving a reason during the 14 days after the day your contract is made. To cancel, send us a clear statement at hello@dreamjobmove.com or use the model form below. We will refund sums due within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
We will not start the service during the cooling-off period unless you expressly ask us to. If you ask us to start and then cancel during that period, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the service supplied up to cancellation, proportionate to the total monthly price. If the service has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement, your cooling-off right may end. These rights are separate from your right to stop future monthly renewals.
The 60-Day Interview Guarantee
If no qualifying interview takes place during the first 60 calendar days of your membership, we will continue your existing plan without further membership fees until one does. A qualifying interview is a first-round telephone, video or in-person interview with the hiring employer or its representative, as part of a formal selection process for a role substantially matching the target-role archetypes agreed in your first-week report. An introductory networking conversation or a general agency-recruiter registration call is not a qualifying interview.
To qualify for the guarantee, you must:
- remain an active, paid member throughout the first 60 days;
- complete onboarding and provide accurate CV, career and right-to-work information;
- agree realistic target-role archetypes and not materially narrow them during the 60 days;
- respond within a reasonable time to role approvals, questions and interview requests, and attend or reasonably reschedule the weekly calls; and
- be reasonably available to interview for the agreed roles and tell us about interview invitations.
An interview from your own application counts if it matches the definition above. If you ask us to pause the search, or missing information or responses prevent us from progressing it, we will agree in writing how the 60-day period is adjusted. A material change to your target roles starts a new 60-day period only if we both agree in writing. The free period ends when a qualifying interview takes place or when you cancel the membership. The guarantee does not provide a refund, but it does not limit any separate statutory remedy you may have if we fail to provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
Your responsibilities
- provide accurate, up-to-date information and tell us promptly if anything changes;
- review applications where requested and correct any inaccurate information before submission;
- respond to opportunities, interview requests and our questions within a reasonable time;
- attend interviews you accept and let us know the outcome; and
- make sure you are entitled to work in the roles we pursue on your behalf.
Confidentiality and your materials
We treat your job search as confidential and will not contact your current employer or disclose your search outside the activities you approve without your agreement. You keep ownership of the CVs and original material you give us. You give us permission to use and adapt that material only as needed to provide the service. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Ending the membership
You can cancel before your next monthly renewal to prevent any further renewal. After the statutory cooling-off period, fees already paid for the current month are not refunded simply because you cancel, but you can use the service until the end of that paid month. This does not affect a refund or other remedy you may be entitled to if we breach the contract.
We may suspend or end the membership if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, ask us to act unlawfully or contrary to a third party’s rules, or behave abusively toward us or others. We will normally explain the issue and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix it first. If we end the service for another reason, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid month.
Liability and your legal rights
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for an employer’s or recruiter’s independent decisions or for loss we could not reasonably have foreseen when the contract was made.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact hello@dreamjobmove.comand tell us what happened and how you would like it resolved. We will acknowledge the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, we will provide information about an appropriate accredited alternative dispute resolution provider and say whether we agree to use it, where the law requires us to do so.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
We may update these terms for future memberships. For an existing membership, we will give at least 30 days’ notice of any material change, explain when it will take effect and allow you to cancel before then. A change does not remove rights or services you have already paid for.
